Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking & Confirmation
    All bookings must be made in advance with a minimum 30% of the total package cost as a booking amount. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of departure. Booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment. 
  2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows: 30 days before travel date: 10% of package cost 15–29 days before: 25% of package cost 7–14 days before: 50% of package cost Less than 7 days or No-show: 100% of package cost (non-refundable) Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges. 
  3. Amendments
    Any changes to the itinerary, date, or number of travellers must be communicated at least 7 days before departure. All amendments are subject to availability and additional charges (if any). 
  4. Inclusions & Exclusions
    Package inclusions are clearly mentioned in each itinerary. Any items or services not listed under “Inclusions” are not part of the package and will incur additional charges. 
  5. Travel Documents
    Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport). For restricted areas like Ladakh, inner-line permits will be arranged but may require ID proof beforehand. 
  6. Health & Safety
    Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel, especially in high-altitude areas like Leh–Ladakh. The company is not liable for any medical issues during the trip. It is recommended to consult your doctor before visiting high-altitude regions. 
  7. Force Majeure
    The company shall not be held responsible for any delay, changes, or cancellation due to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 
  8. Accommodation & Transport
    Hotel and vehicle category will be provided as per the package selected. In case of unavailability of mentioned hotels, a similar standard property will be arranged. Vehicles will be available for specified itinerary only; additional usage will be chargeable. 
  9. Liability
    The company acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other services. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused due to service provider negligence or unforeseen conditions. 
  10. Behaviour & Responsibility
    Guests are expected to behave responsibly during the trip. Any damage to property, hotel, or vehicle will be recovered from the guest.
  11. Alcohol, Smoking & Intoxication Policy
    Consumption or possession of alcohol, smoking, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Any violation of this policy may result in penalties, immediate removal from the vehicle, or termination of services without any refund.
